By interacting with us on this site and making any booking or purchases you agree to be bound by the Refund Policy as it applies to you.

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and as transparent as possible with our cancellation terms.
·         Cancellations made LESS THAN 28 days prior to the arrival date are NOT eligible for a refund.
·         Cancellations made GREATER THAN 28 days and up to 1 YEAR before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
·         Cancellations more than a year out will receive a full refund.

Please also note that we have a STRICTLY NO PETS policy. Any guests arriving with PETS will not be permitted to stay and will forfeit their booking and will not be eligible for any refund or recompense.
